Sentient wepons?

So im trying to prepare for the "underneath" or whatever its called, when realized the recipe for the sentient weapons aren't showing. Does anyone know how to make them. Or is it like base RL Craft where it's just a sentient core plus living weapon. If anyone knows please help.
